Leadership Training

Creativity is the process that leads to change; Leadership is the catalyst for that change

Introduction to the programme

Creativity is an essential human capacity. It enables us to express ideas and aspirations. It helps us to fashion our ever-changing culture. It underpins scientific and technological development. It drives forward our economies and our social development through entrepreneurship. It also enables us to contribute fully as citizens in a fast changing world.

Essential ingredients of creativity include the:

  • Confidence and drive to be inquisitive, imaginative, think for oneself, challenge existing ideas and take risks.
  • Ability to work hard, reflect critically, develop skills and improve.
  • Tenacity to be persistent, work with uncertainty, difficulty and sometimes failure.
  • Personal skills of working constructively with others: sharing, challenging and cooperating.

Overview and Concepts

This programme is designed for aspirational leaders who want to understand how to apply creativity in a range of different contexts and for different purposes. You will be supported to develop vision, strategy and structures that support creativity and consciously nurture and develop the creative capacities of the people you lead.

Our approach enables participants to apply creativity to challenges and real life contexts, whilst reflecting on how it might impact their personal and organisational growth.

Learning outcomes for participants

In this programme you will learn about:

  • The value of creativity as a 21st century skill.
