We are IVE invite adults who are interested in becoming Discover and Explore Arts Award Advisers to join us at Yorkshire Dance for this half day training session with our experienced Arts Award trainer Dan.
Course Title: Arts Award Discover and Explore adviser training
Course Description: Learn to become an Arts Award Adviser for the Discover and Explore level awards.

15 minute walk from Leeds train station and 2 minute walk from Leeds bus and coach station. Limited on street parking outside the centre, and near by carparks include: NCP on New York Street; NCP on The Headrow; West Yorkshire Playhouse Carpark; Quarry Hill Carpark and George Street Carpark (near the Open Market).

Advisers are crucial to Arts Award. They need to communicate with children and young people successfully and offer them effective support while they are working towards their Award.
This course is suitable for anyone who works with young people up to the age of 25 and meets the requirements outlined in the Arts Award adviser person specification.
This course is also available as a SEN focused training course for adults who work with children and young people with special educational needs or requirements.
