We all know the ‘put your life-jacket’ on first theory but, when in the world of emotional wellbeing, it’s much more complicated than that.
Your nervous system activity is constantly interacting & influencing those around you; In short, emotionally we are all very powerful, whether we intend to be or not, particularly to those young people who may be considered more vulnerable.
We all need to know how to use this power wisely, and in this session with Jo Stockdale from Well Within Reach, as a creative practitioner, you will be challenged to:

About the Facilitator
Jo Stockdale is Well Within Reach‘s founder and lead trainer has a background in the creative sector and the journey into neuroscience and ‘person centred development’ began there around 13 years. She now specialises in training all kinds of people about brain development, social and emotional competence and wellbeing issues such as resilience and self-esteem.
