Free workshop exploring movement and dance to promote wellbeing for primary and secondary teachers and teaching assistants.
The movement workshop will be a chance for you to indulge in something new. The pace will vary throughout, giving you the opportunity to both engage your mind and relax your body. This workshop has been designed to enhance your sense of wellbeing; you will find new ways to move that will leave you with a smile on your face and a desire to keep on dancing. All you will need for the session is comfortable clothes, a high back chair and hand moisturiser (the session will end with some hand massage).
Tricia has worked as a dancer, choreographer and workshop leader across the UK as well as in France and Abu Dhabi. Tricia has performed in touring dance productions and has been awarded commissions including Moving the City for the National Science and Media Museum. Tricia has 16 years of experience of leading dance workshops in person and through video.
