Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager

Roles may include: Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Department Manager and specialist managers.

Covers:

  • Principles of effective leadership and management in organisations needing to embed an Innovation Culture
  • Principles of Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to achieve effective Organisational Change
  • Managing Stakeholder Relationships that lead to Creative Collaborations

Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship

Costs

Large employers can use their apprenticeship levy to pay for training for existing and new members of staff.  Employers that do not pay the levy or have spent their levy budget can benefit from government funding to pay for up to 95% of training costs.

For new recruits, grants of £1,500, £2,000 and £3,000 are available depending on the apprentice’s age.
