Apprenticeships for your Employees

“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”

– Benjamin Franklin / Confucius

IVE apprenticeships are an exciting addition to our offer, launching soon!

Our curriculum includes the future-ready skills that employers are demanding from IVE’s existing training programmes.

For example:

  • Principles of effective leadership and management in organizations needing to embed an Innovation Culture
  • Principles of Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to achieve effective Organizational Change
  • Managing Stakeholder Relationships that lead to Creative Collaborations

Current standards under development are the L5 Operations/Departmental Manager and L5 Learning and Skills Teacher.

Large employers can use their apprenticeship levy to pay for training for existing and new members of staff.  SMEs can benefit from government funding to pay for up to 95% of training costs.

We’re keen to hear from anyone that’s interested in our apprenticeship training. Training that goes way beyond the conventional, preparing leaders with the cutting-edge of creative innovation skills, knowledge and behaviours.
