Creative Team Building Training is a course for current and aspiring business managers in how to enhance and develop the creativity of your staff and embed creative thinking into your business.
Research has shown that 98% of five year olds have genius levels of creativity, but by the time they reach adulthood this has reduced to a meagre 2%.
Our training shows that this success-limiting process can be reversed and that creative behaviour can be re-learned. We achieve this by combining activities and materials that deconstruct the barriers that are built on the journey to adulthood so that ideas can be generated without constraint, opening up the imagination to new possibilities.
Creative Leadership for Business is for current and aspiring middle and senior managers in any industry who want to develop their capacity to generate new ideas and execute them through the actions of others.
This programme introduces the concept of applied creativity in an organisational leadership context. It explores, through immersive experiences, the internal conditions business leaders can create that enable creative behaviours to be learned and applied in their teams in order to drive a culture of innovation. The module will enable aspirant, middle and senior leaders to apply a variety of techniques to strategic problems in their organisations and analyse the impact.
We offer a blend of activities and materials that are aimed at deconstructing the barriers built on the journey to adulthood so that ideas might be generated without constraint, opening up the imagination to new possibilities.
Our approach in this programme focuses on using play and creative challenges in order to unpick roles, build collaborative routines and analyse the behaviours that are crucial to be effective in a team. In so doing we help people start to ‘think outside the box’, make new discoveries and open minds to ‘what if?’, ‘how can we…?’ and ‘let’s try this’.
Learning is scaffolded in order to enable participants to understand and apply theories and definitions of creativity, and provide opportunities to build or rebuild creative collaborative capacities through reflection, playing with ideas and being playful.
