Diversity and Inclusion Training for Senior Managers

Building on from Unconscious Bias, and for those who would like to engage in a longer term programme, we offer a Diversity & Inclusion Lab (two days spread over three months).

 

Introduction

This course provides a structured space for your team to:

  • explore ways that unconscious bias affects their day-to-day role
  • explore how inclusion and diversity are currently approached in your business/organisation
  • have open and honest conversations, sharing experiences where unconscious bias may have affected them and where inclusion and diversity has provided a positive outcome
  • develop relevant and sustainable methods for making organisational changes to address inclusion and diversity in your organisation long term.

Who is it for?

This course is for current and aspiring middle and senior managers in any industry who want to develop their capacity to generate new ideas and execute them through the actions of others.
