This programme introduces the concept of applied creativity in an organisational leadership context. It explores, through immersive experiences, the internal conditions business leaders can create that enable creative behaviours to be learned and applied in their teams in order to drive a culture of innovation. The module will enable aspirant, middle and senior leaders to apply a variety of techniques to strategic problems in their organisations and analyse the impact.
The online module can be completed in one full day. The interactive sessions run over four days with a gap between day two and three of approximately six weeks to allow participants to test out learning, and a gap between day three and four of approximately four weeks to allow participants to undertake an enquiry based piece of evaluative practice. They are supported with 2-days coaching during this period.
IVE will be offering a FREE 1 hour online taster session via Zoom on the 13th October at 11am for interested businesses who would like to find out more about the programme, with an opportunity for Q&A with the trainer.
