Introduction

Given the unprecedented challenges facing businesses at the moment, this subsidised training is focused on supporting your business to remain resilient and agile in response to significant change.

As one of WYCC’s Higher Performing Workplaces Training Providers, we offer this blended training programme (4 half-day interactive sessions via Zoom + 2-days work-based coaching) to West Yorkshire businesses and charities for just £350 per person + vat, thanks to subsidy from the European Social Fund. Usual cost is £490 per person + vat.

Who is it for?

The course is for teams and leaders in businesses of any size. Businesses based in the following localities can receive 40% funding for the course from the European Social Fund:

Bradford, Calderdale, Craven, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds, Selby, Wakefield, and York.

What will you learn?

This highly interactive and immersive programme equips participants with an understanding of the behaviours that underpin resilience and provides a toolkit of simple techniques that can be applied in the workplace, which are guaranteed to impact on their teams’ ability to remain agile, whilst creating an innovative culture.

This programme will enable aspirant, middle and senior leaders to apply a variety of techniques to strategic problems in their organisations and analyse the impact on them individually, within their team and across the business as a whole.

Format and delivery

The programme includes:

  • Four half-day interactive sessions via Zoom,
  • Two days work-based coaching).

The interactive sessions run over four days with a gap between day two and three of approximately six weeks to allow participants to test out learning, and a gap between day three and four of approximately four weeks to allow participants to undertake an enquiry based piece of evaluative practice. They are supported with 2-days coaching during this period.
