Inclusion is a driver of creativity, and creative mindsets support Inclusion.
Our Unconscious Bias, Diversity & Inclusion Labs use a reflective approach to identify where and how you can make sustainable changes to establish an inclusive organisational culture. Our training highlights the parallels between the creative process and embedding inclusion in your organisation. A culture that values difference encourages staff to express diverse ideas. Diverse ideas lead to greater creativity and innovation.
With Diversity and Inclusion comes:
Delivered in a structured online mix of direct presentation inc. PowerPoint and video, discussion and small group activities, the Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Inclusion Lab runs over three 1.5-hour sessions. It is delivered via Zoom with a 1-2-month gap in between each session in which participants are required to complete developmental tasks and activities both individually and as a whole group.
This course is for staff, management teams and leaders in any industry who want to develop their understanding of unconscious bias and work together to fully embed Diversity and Inclusion throughout their organisation.

“I’m taking away a real sense of my ability to create change, and feeling empowered to do that. I feel I’ve got everything – a massive toolkit to be able to go in and make some changes, and in a really positive way, as well – this isn’t a compliance issue, this all makes absolute sense: makes me ask why haven’t we been doing this all along? I don’t feel daunted about going back and tackling this. I’m looking forward to educating people who see this as just a box ticking exercise. I expected to go away feeling daunted: now it feels like I’m going to be sharing a passion.”
