In 2018, IVE ran a filmmaking summer school with pupils from Temple Moor High School in Leeds and support from National Lottery Awards for all and Madaan Media.
The project aimed to give pupils a chance to learn the principles of filmmaking and experience creative opportunities outside the normal scope of school.
In this first video, pupils discuss the scope of the project and what impact it had on them.
Each group had just 3 days to write, film and edit their video. You can find the 3 short films they’ve produced below.
