Arts Award Explore is an Entry Level (Entry 3) qualification on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). It is the perfect stepping stone from the introductory award, Arts Award Discover, to the Level 1 qualification, Bronze Arts Award.
Arts Award Explore is designed for ages 7 plus but can be completed by anyone aged up to 25.
There are 4 key parts to Explore:
Inspire: Children & young people take part in a range of arts activities and record what inspires them.
Explore: Children & young people experience the work of artists and arts organisations.
Create: Children & young people produce artwork to show arts skills and creativity.
Present: Children & young people show your exploration to others and record what they do in a log book.
Explore is a very versatile award that can be easily incorporated into a variety of settings.
