Alive and Kicking Theatre Company

“Amazing, fun, exciting, different – never had a lesson like that before!”
(Children, Allerton Bywater Primary)

“It was perfect. Just what the children needed. We’re so glad we were able to get you in.”
(Headteacher, Highfields Primary)

We are a practical, hands-on theatre company designed to help you extend your creativity with tailor-made, tried and tested, face-to-face and online dramas that reach across the curriculum and beyond.

Whether the children and families you work with are saving Frederick the Fisherman from the terrors of the ocean, helping Icarus Bly find the truth that lurks behind the strange objects in The Museum Of Untold Stories, celebrating with Trixy Pixy and Scary Fairy in Open for Christmas, being transported to the year 1900 to examine the mysterious disappearance of the three lighthouse keepers from the Flannan Isles, or building family stories in Where The Heart Is, they will be placed at the interactive centre of the drama.

We also offer workshops to support and animate class reading materials, history and literacy-based drama from EYFS to Y6 bringing the culture and mythologies of the past to life through adventurous drama, role-play, story-making, music and art.
