Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You

If you are unable to attend the course you are booked on, you may substitute, by prior arrangement and after notifying us, someone else from your organisation.  Changes can only be made once.

If you are unable to attend nor send a substitute the following charges will apply:

12 weeks or more before the course – no charge

6-11 weeks before the course – 50% of the fee

2 -5 weeks before the course – 75% of the fee or £10 whichever is the greater

Less than 2 weeks – 100% of the course fee.

Please note that if you have booked a place but do not attend the fee is still payable regardless of the status of payment.

We may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer onto another course if appropriate.

Eventbrite

Tickets which are purchased through the Eventbrite.com platform are subject to a slightly amended refund policy due to the conditions of use set by the website.

30 days before the course – no charge.

Less than 30 days before the course –  100% of the course fee.

Cancellation by Us

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our programme, we reserve the right to withdraw any course.  We will, wherever possible, try to reschedule this and will offer a replacement date or full refund.  If for any reason we do cancel a course all fees paid will be refunded in full to the original payee and in the original method.  We are unable to reimburse the costs of any pre-booked travel costs.
