We currently have exciting freelance opportunities for forward-thinking, highly creative business consultants who have experience of delivering training both on a public and a bespoke basis to deliver our innovative Leader of Creativity training programme to a range of professionals and businesses across the UK.
We are looking for a small number of exceptional candidates from across the UK who have a passion for creativity, helping our clients create and embed the conditions within their teams where innovation can flourish. You should have substantial experience as a business leader in your own right, together with consulting experience, which should include coaching or mentoring. You should have a good understanding of the complex challenges facing businesses in the current environment and be able to offer insight into these. Most importantly, is the ability to be able to balance structured thinking skills combined with creativity. You should have an authentic and natural delivery style and be able to engage clients effectively throughout the engagement process.
