IVE is one of the ten national Bridge organisations that have secured investment from Arts Council England and the Department of Education. As part of this particular programme we have a mission to ensure children and young people across Yorkshire and Humber have access to arts and culture and opportunities to develop their creativity. As a sector support organisation we create and facilitate partnerships and networks which improve and increase the cultural opportunities and activities for children and young people in our region.
Our team works closely with primary and secondary schools, other education settings and arts and cultural organisations including museums, libraries, film and heritage settings. We also partner with other organisations who work with children and young people including local authorities, local enterprise partnerships and universities.
We are looking for a true Marketing and Comms Hero who can don many capes, you will need to work your magic as a website warrior, social media guru, event curator, and relationship nurturer. The Bridge Marketing and Communications Manager is a part-time role that will assist us to plan, deliver and evaluate our communications plan for the programme and research, write and disseminate information about our projects to stakeholders in Yorkshire and the Humber.
This role will focus its first 6 months on supporting the communications of the Bridge programme, but then offer the opportunity to hone your skills for the benefit of other IVE programmes and our corporate marketing strategy. With a new website to develop, and a new business campaign programme to deliver, there is room to really make this role your own and demonstrate how your creativity cape can be donned to enhance our communications and marketing activities.
