Project Support Officer

Location:Leeds 19-21k depending on experience p.a.

We’re looking for a confident, highly organised individual who can play a key support role, working alongside our Cultural Education Manager, to ensure that we meet our targets. This is an amazing chance to make a significant difference in opening up arts and cultural opportunities for young people.

No two days will look the same. You’ll be managing the day to day co-ordination of stakeholders, presenting and representing IVE at events and meetings, providing advice and support to arts organisations and schools, analysing data, reporting, undertaking administrative tasks and also building up our social media presence.

We’re looking for someone who has great customer service skills who understands collaborative working and the transformational power of the arts. Ideally, you’ll have some experience of project management though this isn’t essential. You should have strong communication skills, be able to speak confidently and persuasively at events and meetings whilst actively listening and responding to priorities and needs. More than anything we’re looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic and a great advocate for our various offers.
